The phone icon is on the left, the middle one is the camera, and the one on the right is a white box with rounded corners and two rows of three columns of six grey dots. It reminds me of the “6” on one side of a single die from a set of dice. Any idea of what it is and what it’s use is? Thanks, Don

I have a refurbished unit and it is working just fine. I would like to remove my hd, but according to your demo. my setup of the hd is different, in the sense that it is not in a caddy or enclosure, and seemingly being held down in place by a flat, object, which to my eyes makes it difficult to remove it. Possibly, because its a refurbished unit and the original had a problem and the issuing company replaced the hd in that odd position. I can send a photo of it, if allowed and instructed on how to upload here.

After completing the migration and demoding of 2012r2 can I still access & run the programs on the old server until new programs can be installed on the new server?

That is me pulling at the wires so I know it works. It is possible that Samsung changed the design and that there is now a clip or something else blocking removal but if you are at the point of garbage anyway, personally, I would yank on it.

I then read your comments and watched the other video that has more to do with taking individual wires out than getting the stupid plug out. You say just pull it out but I have pulled hard but just won’t budge. Looks like there are tabs on the side so I have tried pushing those in but no luck that way either. Any suggestions?

Straight out. It does not have a clip… just friction fit. see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0G7iIwfuaJ8

However I am unable to remove the small power plug in the front of the machine. Necessary before pulling out the transfer belt. Is there a correct way to pull out this plug?
