TensorFlow is an open-source, free software library that runs in Python.  It provides dataflow and differentiable programming that is useful in Machine Learning and Google is major proponent of it.

However, the installation instructions for Windows are not fully accurate and took me several hours to grind through line by line, error by error, omission by omission.  The video below shows the results of our work and will get you to installing TensorFlow on Windows 10 in about 10 minutes:
