The quick answer to which Radeon Video Cards support three monitors is any card with the ALL THREE of the following characteristics:

1. The Radeon card has three heads/outputs (like VGA, DVI, DisplayPort, HDMI…)
2. At least ONE of those heads is Display Port
3. It has the EYEFINITY branding
